Westwood Church of Christ will have a clothing give-away Tuesday, Feb. 7th from 8am-10am.
The 4th Annual Covenant Academy Father/ Daughter Ball will be held Saturday night, Feb. 11th, from 6pm-9pm at Covenant Academy. Cost is $50 per couple. $25 each additional person. Rocky River Community Center will host a bluegrass concert on Saturday, Feb. 11th at 7pm. Opening act is Runaway Freight from Chapel Hill, Tn. Feature act is The Lonesome Mountain Boys from Calhoun, Tn. Admission is $6. Kids 10 and under admitted free.
In response to a new law requiring that voters show a photo ID at the polls, the Warren County Lions Club is offering transportation to the Drivers License Service Center to anyone who needs it to get their photo ID made. If you need a ride, call the Warren County Election Commission office at 931-473-5834 and they will put you in touch with a club members. Remember, early voting begins February 15th.
Tiffany Maicke, manager of community events and programs in the Tullahoma office of the Alzheimer's Association, will present a free program entitled "Basics of Alzheimer's" on Wednesday, Feb. 15th and have a time for questions and interacting with caregivers. The program will be held from 9:30am-11:30am at Magness Library in McMinnville. Anyone interested in learning about Alzheimer's disease is encouraged to attend.
Warren County Cares will have a grilled steak dinner and dance fundraiser on Feb. 21st beginning at 6pm at the Warren County Senior Center. Cost is $20 per person or $35 per couple. At the door it is $40 per couple. Call 931-473-6559 for reservations.
